1. Service Agreement
By booking moving, refelting, assembly, or repair services with Pool Table Movers Los Angeles ("Company"), the client agrees to the terms and operational conditions detailed herein.
2. Transparent Flat-Rate Pricing & Payment
All price estimates provided are guaranteed flat rates based on the specific parameters supplied (table size, addresses, stair flights, and optional service upgrades). Payment is due in full upon completion of table setup, beeswax seaming, and Starrett 98 machinist level calibration. We accept major credit cards, certified checks, Zelle, and cash.
3. 100% Slate Damage-Free Guarantee
The Company guarantees that all slate slabs handled under our certified teardown and transport protocol will arrive free of transit-induced cracks, fractures, or structural breakage. In the unlikely event of transit damage caused by our crews, the Company will repair or replace the affected slate slab at no charge.
4. Client Site Preparation Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear pathways, verifying adequate room dimensions for cue clearance, and securing any required parking permits or freight elevator bookings.
5. Operating Authority & Licensing
Pool Table Movers Los Angeles operates under valid California Public Utilities Commission (PUC) carrier authority and maintains comprehensive cargo and general liability insurance.
